Refund policy

All orders placed and not able to be canceled or modified before fulfillment begins are final. If your order is lost, stolen, damaged, or just does not seem right please email us at hi@nektrinfusions.com to start a claim, along with photos or other proof of the issue.

Dented cans do not qualify as a claim. They are safe to consume and can occur during shipping and handling by the carriers. If your claim is accepted, our customer service team will offer a solution to correct the issue.
